Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Voice & Speech Coach to join our team of creative educators. The ideal candidate will help acting students unlock the full potential of their voice, develop clarity, projection, and expression, and master techniques essential for both stage and screen. This role requires a deep understanding of vocal training methods and the ability to adapt techniques to suit different learner levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Voice, Theatre Arts, Acting, Speech Pathology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a voice coach in theatre, film, or academic settings.

• In-depth knowledge of vocal pedagogy (e.g., Linklater, Fitzmaurice, Rodenburg, or Estill methods).

• Strong background in phonetics, dialects, and speech work.

• At least 2 years of teaching or coaching experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct voice and speech classes focusing on breath control, articulation, resonance, intonation, and vocal variety.

• Train students in Standard English pronunciation and accent reduction when necessary.

• Assist students in developing a strong and sustainable vocal technique for theatrical performance, film, and auditions.

• Provide individual coaching to address specific vocal challenges.

• Integrate voice work with movement and text analysis.
